Greetings, Medium friends,

I hope you are getting spring weather out there, but I’m seeing some of you are enduring severe storms on the news. Stay well!

Trying to get my clean eating back on track again and more walking. I hate it when I let those good habits slack.

This week was dental cleaning week for me. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many x-rays taken—probably 12-15! Thankfully, I got good news, so I’ll take it. One of the resources I’ll post for you below is an unconventional dentist’s advice on oral care. Whether you agree or disagree, it's food for thought, and I found it very interesting. It’s so odd how fast six months come around.

Here’s a positive affirmation for you today: I am deserving of love, respect, and happiness.

How are some ways you can make that more real this week in your life?

I’ve just signed up for a site called Benable I’ve been on a wait list for about 3 months. It’s a side hustle where you can make a little extra money by making lists of things you love, no costs to you involved. It could be shopping, travel destinations, local restaurants, whatever your hobbies are, etc. It’s a bit like Pinterest only you can earn.
