Greetings!

I drove a few hours over the mountain pass this week to see my 82-year-old mom. For the most part, it was a good visit.

We had a pretty intense moment, however, she was overwhelmed by a hyperactive rescue puppy they had just adopted. She didn’t want one, but her husband insisted, saying he would do everything related; you know where this is going, right? (Both of them in their 80s are super active and healthy).

It happened, a big fight. She was stressing out horribly and kinda taking it out on me, but trying not to. We finally got through it, but getting back home felt amazing.

So, I’m enjoying the PEACE and quiet of home now.
